Warranty

Your Romain Gauthier warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase of your timepiece from an authorised Romain Gauthier retailer.

This warranty is only valid if it is stamped, signed and dated by the authorised retailer where the watch has been purchased.

The warranty guarantees your timepiece against any manufacturing defect. In the very unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect, you have the right to have it repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage to your timepiece caused by accidents or by inappropriate and/or careless handling. It also excludes normal wear and tear and aging.

The warranty requires you to carefully read and follow the operating instructions in the user manual that accompanies your timepiece.

All servicing and repairs of your timepiece must be carried out exclusively by Manufacture Romain Gauthier in Switzerland, or the warranty becomes void.
